  • Prague Castle - the residence of the president of Czech Republic, located on a hill with astonishing views on Prague, with the history dating back to the 9th century.
  • Astronomical Clock - you can find it on a wall of Old Town Hall at the Old Town Square. This 600-year-old unique gem shows ie. the location of Sun and Moon.
  • Old Town and Square - the oldest area of the city, its heart, surrounded with beautiful renovated facades. Climb up the tower of Old Town Hall for some of the best views. You can get the impressive postcard photo of The Church of Our Lady before Tyn from up there.
  • Lennon Wall - the most colourful famous political graffiti inspired by J. Lennon.
  • Lesser Town - Malá Strana - beautiful historic district where you can find plenty Baroque palaces, Renaissance houses and charming narrow alleys.
  • Nerudova Street - a well-known street leading to the Prague Castle.
  • Na Prikope Street - one of the oldest streets in Prague, dating back to the 14th century.
  • Viselec - Hanging statue of Sigmund Freud - by David Cerny in Husova Street. Remember to look up! ;-)
  • Dancing House - a controversial modern building completed in the late 90s. It represents a dancing couple and it will definitely catch your eye from the distance.
  • Old Town Bridge Tower - for about 100KC you get a chance to admire the amazing view over Charles Bridge from this one of the greatest Gothic gems in Europe.
  • Charles Bridge - the 14th century historic bridge which is one of the most important connections between Prague Castle and the Old Town.
  • Letná Park - Letenské sady - another place which offers splendid views over the capital, especially the Old Town. I came here during sunset and absolutely loved it.
